What happens when I join?

You’ll receive a welcome email as soon as you sign up. This should have all the information you need to get started.

Once you’re all set up, you can start taking surveys, which can be found when you log in to our website.

We’ll also send you regular emails letting you know when surveys are available, so you’ll never miss out on those precious InterMiles.

How long it takes to complete a survey will depend on each survey, but they typically last between 10-15 minutes. The longer the survey, the more Miles you earn.

 

How do surveys work?

Companies who come to us for market research want to study a specific group of people. We call these the ‘target group.’ This group could be based on certain characteristics like age, gender, income, or on other factors like whether people use or don’t use a particular product or service.

That’s why when you first click on a survey, we’ll ask you to tell us general information about yourself (this is called pre-qualification). We do this to match you to the right surveys, that is, surveys from companies looking to research a target group you belong to.

If you’re not a part of a target group that the company is researching, or if they’ve already studied enough people from your group, the survey you’ve selected will end, and you’ll see a 'screened out' or 'quota was full' message at the top of the screen. Don’t worry, though, as this is a normal part of the market research process.

Once you’ve gotten past the pre-qualification stage, all you need to do is answer the survey questions to completion.

After you complete the survey, you’ll earn the Miles advertised on the introduction page. These will be credited directly to your InterMiles account within 3–5 days, ready for you to use & enjoy!

Please note, we don’t share your personal information with anyone, which is why you need to go through pre-qualification every time you take a survey.

Surveys are created and distributed by Dynata, so InterMiles will not have access to your responses.
